I'm keeping the external; I forgot how using my Toshiba laptop's CD drive is a disturbing experience: when inserting the CD, it makes a noise that sounds like it's clamping/crushing the CD, then the drive itself makes so much noise, you hear that instead of the music/movie, and to make matters worse, EAC puts lots of stress on the drive by having it run and reread sectors for long periods of time, so it's even louder, and to add to that, it's now making a weird scraping sound as if the CD is scraping against something. :-\

Yeah, no. :blinky: (<- that's not Blinky, that's a screencap of my face)

Checked my PMs.
I really need to come here again more often.

This morning I registered to take the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (level N5) on December 3rd. Wish me luck!
Here are a few games I am looking for right now
Super Puzzle Fighter II X (Sega Saturn)
GeGeGe no Kotarou (Sega Saturn)
Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (Sega Saturn)
KiKi KaiKai (PC Engine) (CIB)
Puzzle Bobble (Super Famicom) (CIB)

P

Good luck!! :D
I should really study for N1, but I'm no good with self study. :(

But the last thing I did: Got a new job, in Japan! I was lucky as they didn't require that I've taken the JLPT!

Thank you! I maaaaaay be able to pass the N4 by the time December rolls around but I wanted to play it on the safe side in case something crazy happens in life and takes away time from study.

Today is Valentine's Day in Taiwan, ended up getting locked out of the apartment at after midnight, with almost everything of importance inside.  I had the keys with me, but somehow the lock that I don't have a key for ended up getting locked, okay I know how it happened, but I will keep mum to protect the guilty party, which wasn't me.  Had to pay $30 to get back in, luckily my wallet was on me.

I highly not recommend such tool to open cartridge, especially pirates.

Right, I was pointing out that such tool be especially harmful to pirates with weird tabs or ones that have tabs the other way than standard famicom cartridges.
