I've never seen a urinal with water in it.  Or at least not until I flushed.

How does it get rid of the smell without water? I've never seen one of those.

I have no clue how it works. There's no flushing and no water at any point. Looks like any other urinal, only it's got this cap over the drain that's got a small space underneath for urine flow into the drain. I would guess it'd have to be more regularly scrubbed to clean it.

manuel, does that mean you took it out to the street and covered it with netting? I have a pic of your uncle, I think, doing that. One of my favorites from the trip.

Yes.
He puts out the net on every garbage day at around 7 a.m., I guess. And then all people from the "han" (班:group in the neighborhood association) we belong to, puts their garbage bags in there.
The net is practically only there to prevent crows and dogs from picking the bags.

Could you send me the picture you spoke of? I'd like that.

Ordered an anniversary present for my wife.
We have out 7th wedding anniversary in 4 weeks.

She gets a 160GB ipod, because she always complains that the PSP with 4GB mem stick isn't enough.

The same week as Christmas?  That's pretty cool!   I'm sure it'll be fun.

Last thing I did was clean up the living room.  I had my Wii hooked up to the big flat screen because me and some friends were playing DJ Hero and NSMBW a lot.

Our anniversary is on the 23rd December. It's also a national holiday in Japan (Emperor's birthday).

Got off the plane, and to my fathers house... im so happy to be in seattle again!!

EDIT: Got back from gameworks arcade in downtown seattle!! played all day. tommoro is my trip to pink godzilla
