Power-Joy carts (PJ-008, PJ-001)

I'm digging this thread up just to mention about another (weird) PJ Supermax 30-in-1 cart :



Unfortunately either it's broken or works with PJ famiclone ONLY, because I've tried it on every one of my famiclones + Twin Famicom and... nothing... zippo...

Maybe someone is interested in having it for some additional test or something (especially the owners of mentioned PJ console) ?

I believe that cart uses some weird OneBus format, which would explain why most Famiclones can't run it. I'd take the cart, but I don't have a PowerJoy myself.

Yeah I have a powerjoy with that same cart, it does only work on OneBus based famiclones. Not all Power Joys are OneBus though, the original model isn't. only the Supermax (doesn't say "Supermax" on it, but it has rumble on the gun trigger and no built-in games) or Navigator joystick AFAIK.

there are a few other OneBus clones out there that will probably run it, like the Mega Arcade Action/Arcade Action II, EZi, later Subors, the Generation NEX I think, and Yobo's Factor 5 & FC3plus (although the latter two are 72 pin and im not sure if OneBus carts work in a normal converter)
