It's terrible...RPGish or something. All I know is that it took me several tries to navigate out of the first scene. But the label art is great.

I googled it and it turns out it's an adventure-type game (and not a very good one at that) based on a Japanese movie about a tax collector who falls in love with the shady businessman she's investigating, or something like that. It won loads of awards in Japan.
