Who saw the memorial service today?

Good gawd man, I thought this would be another ordinary live TV ceremony but....I was wrong.  I was really getting choked up.

It was great. He is the king of pop after all and deserved a great ceremony.

Yeah it was quite sad, but a fitting memorial.

Watched the whole thing. It was just about perfect -- except that lawmaker chick. Couldn't quite hold back when his 11-year-old daughter spoke.

I wanted to watch that, too, but I can't stay up so late. It started 2a.m. Japanese time.  :-\

Didn't watch it, have no intention of watching.  I'm not a huge fan and all of the recent media coverage is really starting to annoy me.

JC

Saturation media is uncool. But if you're like me and avoid TV, then 3 hours of a gold casket and some music is fine.

No cable in my room = good once in a while :)

Yeah that's true. Nobody is making you watch tv after all there are other things you can like play famicom! I guess I can't complain since I watch like half an hour of tv a day.
