i downloaded a rom called fist of thor, but didn't see it in the database.  is this the real name of it?  thanks

From the below (expletive heavy kids) it seems it's just some renamed clone/port of Hokuto no Ken aka Fist of the north star.  I would laugh if they got Thor/North mixed up in extravagant Engrish tradition.  who knows:

according to this site, Hokuto no Ken - Part 2 is Fist of the North Star in the US.  Hokuto no Ken must have been the first game in the series only released in japan.  here is a pic of the cart:

anyone know what the english translation of Hokuto no Ken is?

Hokuto no Ken does mean Fist of North star   hoku = star   to =  north    no = (particle) of  =  Ken = fist

My Japanese is non existent but I do know that much (roughly)
