Firefox but it has been giving me a lot of problems lately. I don't know what's wrong with it....

Yeah, since I downloaded 3.5, every time I try and restore my tabs, the browser opens up and says "Well, this is embarrassing."  It was cute the first time, but not if it happens every time!  The worst part is, all I have to do is click "restore" on the page that comes up, and it instantly works, so why can't it just work the first time?

I didn't actually expect much from Chrome, but now it's replaced Firefox on my windows desktop! If you haven't tried it, give it a shot.
