new, 3D famicom game

Ok so I'm not sure if this should technically go in other gaming, but it's relevant to the famicom thread I hope.

New 3D game out on PS3 in Japan nest year that is a parody of th old famicom games and looks totally amazing.  I doubt we'lls ee an English version anytime soon:

What does everyone think?  I think it looks amazing, will definitely pick it up if XSEED decide to localise it!

Jesus, those graphics looks real, like a stop motion video of legos or something. I wonder if it would be worth modding my PS3 over, because I'd like to import and play this bad boy.

You don't have to mod anything.
PS3 games are region free.  Just import and play! Great!

I hope this comes stateside.  I need more excuses to buy a PS3 (Blu-Ray player and The Last Guardian aren't quite enough to justify the purchase...).

Me too   Unfortunately, I can't read Kanji, Hiragana or Katakana.
Heck, I can't even tell the difference!  I'm sure there'll be details soon enough though.

Looks cool. The only system to have a single good game has no region lock-out. Does the Blue-ray player have region blocking?

It's just my unimportant opinion, but in my eyes the slim PS3 looks awful.
I love my big old glossy white PS3.

I don't think so, no  -  I'm sure we played a US dark knight on the retail one at work but don't quote me on it.
