Or maybe a SNES or SFC AV cable that has all the internal pins on the console connector side? I can only find the kind that have 4 pins, but they won't work for my purposes.

It's going to be used to make a fdsloadr dump cable for someone.

Those are quite hard to find. What I usually do is buy two of the 5 pin cables, open up the connectors and make a full 10 pin connector out of the two 5 pin ones by removing the gold pins with pliers and inserting them into the other connector's empty holes. It ain't very cheap since you can't use knockoff cables but it gets the job done.
