Update: I just beat it tonight. I may have used warps and exploited level 1-1 for lives, I beat it.

The last game that I beat was a Japanese copy of Kirby's Dream Land for the GB. I'm at the end of Bomberman Tournament (GBA) right now, and I'm trying to work up the masochism to work through the last dungeon and beat it.
