Super Controller II help?

I have a Super Controller II by bandai, for famicom.
But what is it good for? I couldn't even activate turbo function.
Does it maybe serve as a replacement for other controllers such as Mahjong?

It's a really complicated controller with lots of weird features.  It can record/playback your input and things like that.  There was a version of it released for the NES called "MEGA".  If you can find a manual for that then you should be able to figure out the Super Controller II.

Yes batteries are in.

Do you perhaps know how to activate autofire?

I'd have to break out my MEGA and NES and do some trial and error.  I'm supposed to be snowed-in tomorrow, so maybe I'll try it out 

I think you have to hit the Mode button to cycle between the available features.  I think that black triangles will appear on the LCD as you hit it.  The upper-left-most feature is autofire.  I'm not sure how you actually "enable" it, though, sorry.

I can translate the modes (use MODE button to select these) for you to make it a bit easier:

1. 連射 - Turbo
Use LEVEL button to set the turbo level.

2. コマ送り - Slowmo
Use LEVEL button to select level.

3. タマ数(制限) - Press Limit Counter (I think)
Seems to limit the number of times you can press A/B buttons. When the counter reaches 0, it will go to the pause screen (I guess START is pressed?)

4. タイマー - Timer
Seems you can limit your play time in minutes.

5. メモリ - Memory
I guess this is where you record button presses?

6. GAME1
Built-in game in the controller! Yay! So you can play a game while playing games.


Seems you also can lock buttons. Arrows on the screen tells you what buttons are locked.
