Wow. That is a beautiful view of the mountains. :O And the water is so clear!!! You are pretty lucky to live near such scenery.

Speaking of mountains, I need to upload pics of my trip to Wyoming on PB sometime.  But yeah, it looks beautiful out in Japan Glad you had a fun time.

The mountains are actually little islands in the Seto inland sea.
The water's very clear here, almost like in Okinawa.
And it's only a few minutes by car.

Was it a crowded place? it looks like you could be the only ones there.

When I was in Japan, it was very quiet everywhere, it seemed. So many people, but you didn't really see them, unless you were in a market or shopping district in Tokyo.
