Yeah I'm amazed too that he would come all the way to this forum to try to solve all of these problems. I hope they all get resolved.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from toysonlinehk recently. I was messaged that it was shipped and I am confident it will get to me, but if not I'll let you know.

But for now I have no problems, as I was notified on the date they were shipped.

I like peaceful life too , I just come here to clear the things . when the buyers emailed us a problem , we had try our best to solve the problem with them when they are in good manner & behave . but all people had just posted they had problem but none of them had post how we had responded and how we had solve the problem . that was really bad , make people think we are bad

a , waterclocker , he just need to email us a photo of what he get , then we had replace him the title card & a replacment dick for the 3d hot rally , , it cost him nothing . but he didn't post the result .

b ,satoshi_matrix , the same day that he message us about a error on his metroid disk , we just tell him to check and clean his disk system , if it still got problem , please inform us , we will do a free replacment too , we even send him a reminder for the result but it had been 2 weeks now he don't respond us back but just keep saying he got a faulty game from us .

c , mo  , we had checked all our sale from Dec to Jan , we did find we got 10 set of zelda 1 & 2 disk but none of them had buy the smb & sfc .street fight tubo , we just ask him to give us the ebay item number so we can check what's wrong with his order , but got no responds too .

d , k_chan , he just post half of the story to let people think he got cheated , but he didn't mention about the one week over 30 messge daily of foul that he had send . but we are checking what's going worng now , please do contact in good manner if there is a problem . use foul and bad behave wouldn't help . you don't need to post the complete story again , I am working on it now I don't got too much time to fight point by point with you .

all people saying that we got expensive shipping & handling , but did you guys compare our shipping with the local usa seller ? Most USA changing the same or even higher shipping cost then us for local shipping , anyone talk about that ? and compare with all other Hong Kong seller , we are the cheapest already .
people should know we are a Hong Kong seller , our shipping cost to usa is higher then US seller , also , both ebay and paypal are using very bad exchange rate to convert USD to HKD. it is 9-10& & higher then the bank rate .
all our games need to pay EMS shipping cost from Japan to Hong Kong too , so every items that we got had additional cost too . it is usd 2-3.00 per game . and some heavy items it will even cost more .

finally please keep all commnet fare & only post the truth and please with the complete story when the case closed don't just  have the begining without the result and eneding

If I didn't message in January and gotten an answer from you, I don't think my problem would ever be attended. I think I did the best I could to keep good manners with you since you've been quite cooperative, much, much better than your previous staff members. Yes I know foul language probably won't solve problem, but neither would saying nothing about it. I don't think my problem would have been solved now even if I was nice about it. He never ordered my games as he said. That I absolutely don't know why. Those games could have come in 2 weeks and then shipped and my problem would have been solved easily. I did the best I could. I held on for it too long. I have never, ever had any problems like this, and I definitely can't imagine waiting over a year. And I already told you I messaged about same problem over and over WITHOUT ANY FOUL LANGUAGE, and still no response from them about anything. There is no excuse. I am definitely not trying to fight with you. It is not your fault, but I've waited far, far too long, which is unacceptable. I appreciate you working hard to solve all of our problems, but I still have no idea when I will get my games, if ever. I will have to wait more than 16 months for sure. We'll see. Let's see how fast you can get the games to me.

By the way, one thing that's also very important that I should mention is that I was clearly overcharged on some of the games, especially Zelda 2. I spent way too much money on those games, even if they are sealed. The Legend of Zelda 2 sealed with shipping I was charged $69.99. Clearly overcharged.

Did you read my message clear after you had continue messaged with foul few days , all mesaage had been just deleted without open , how can your message be reply .

Besides the disk head , the speed of the motor in the disk system will cause disk error too .

some disk title will got disk error when the speed become abit slow and the belt also . it will not make all disk not work but just some of them .
all our famicom disk had been tested with 2 differrent disk system test before ship out .
we are more care about faulty items and damage then the buyer ., we selling on ebay are trying to make money not to make troubles . we are not stupid . all shipment cost money to ship .
if we ship out some fautly item it just cost us double shipping cost .

No, you're wrong. My messages were replied between April and July after the foul messages you talked about. I apologized and the messages continued during that time, although he was still irresponsive.  I just know in late July he messaged me back (after I sent a lot of messages about problem being solved, etc.) saying he wouldn't answer my messages because HE WAS TOO BORED TO REPLY. I did send a lot of messages in July but those weren't foul. I just hope my problem be solved as soon as possible. I think you still have some misunderstanding of the real situation. Also, I think my messages were deleted not because of my foul language, but because he said he wouldn't answer anymore because my games would be shipped. So I waited and waited and waited. No games. He clearly stated that at end of July and NOT because I was impolite, but because he had problems. I am quite sure that was what happened, and you confused it with me being foul, so no one answered me ever again. Please don't jump to conclusions. I gave you all the details in the complete story. There shouldn't be any confusion with my frustration. Your staff members purposely didn't answer me and deleted my messages, and not because I was foul. He still messaged back after I was foul.

Be honest I start feel bored too when I saw your daily long message asking the same thing when , did you order , what's the result when I already told you I need the see the documents , the airwaybill  and it will take sometime . , PLEASE STOP to do that , I can do nothing for it until I checked , please don''t responds and I won't respond too .

just view the things at the opposite side , I know you had been waited long enough . but you keep message and email won't help to get the result faster . since the things are with the accounant . we can just wait for him to delivery back to us .
stop here . will do the refund for you if I find that you really didn't get your order . it will end within Feb 2008 .

toysonlinehk, I just want to take this opprtotunity to thank you for coming here and addressing our concerns. I don't think you could argue that we of Famicom World comprise a large fanbase of the kinds of items that you sell and any effort you take to make sure our buisness is smooth and professonal is a good deed in my book.

1) Toysonlinehk was always my best seller at eBay
2) I ever trusted you, until the day I did not receive one lot.

For the sake of justice, there was one more problem with this
pack that did not came to me: I bought them in two different
biddings, and the shipment was requested to ship the items
separately, but was sent both in only one pack. That doubled
the shipment costs and was not the first time this happened.

I'm not here to whine or to resurrect the dead. I'm here to
apologize a little! I have just received that lot.
The date marked over the stamps says "25/10/2007", which
says to me that it took almost two times fifty days to arrive!

I actually don't even know why it took so long, but hell!
I really don't care!
I'm very happy with my Falsion, Zanac, Igo factory sealed FCD
games plus the Total Control 3, which will help me playing
Street Fighter 3 at the Dreamcast using a Saturn control pad!

thank you for posting the followup that you got your order and telling people that we did shipped it out on time , it is just the post office's problem ,  stamp on it 25 Oct 2007 but you got it at 29 Jan 2008 , it is  over 3 months .
Oh , If next time you didn't got a repsonds from us , please send your message again . sometimes we might missed the message . we are sorry for that .

i just received my first of about 4 orders i made with ToysOnlineHK and they came in a reasonable time frame and in excellent condition, so as it stands this guys is good in my ppersonal books so far.
