I've actually been waiting for 4 weeks to have him refund me for something I sent back. This is amazing, honestly, and he doesnt respond to any of my emails. Is there anything I can do?

Honestly, this guy won't refund you anything you sent back. I sent back wrong games to him with shipping $24. He just asked me to pick out a game and I picked Super Mario 2 (Japan).

As to whether I'll get the games, I think I'll get them. I just don't know when. He kept telling me to please wait because post office hasn't sent back shipment to him. That has been going on ever since he couldn't get games to me in December. But then I had to keep message him, because sometimes he just doesn't respond. I tend to message him too much because he doesn't tell me what I deserve to know and I get really pissed off because it's taking too damn long. He started to get annoyed because I tend to email about the same problem. Right now, all I can do is wait. Plus, I just asked for some compensation and hope he gets back to me on that.

I said the same things to him as madman hrough most of my recent messages to him. But he just doesn't understand that I am not supposed to wait this long. So today I sent him a message asking him to be more understanding.

I escalated it to a paypal claim. He doesnt respond to emails so im sick of this BS. Good riddance, I'm glad he's removed from teh site and im not buying from again.

well he contacted me but oddly enough he hasnt responded to the claim, so if he forgets to do about it for a few more days the money is mine regardless, haha

I don't know why there doesn't exist something that we call "contrareembolso", the store send you the games and you pay it + shipping when it comes to your house. If for some reason the package doesn't come you blame Mail-company and they refund your money (if you're seller)

how do i set up a PayPal claim without going thru a dispute. I've had it. Games still not delivered after more than 6 months. He was responsive for a while and now he's unresponsive again. Is it still possible to set up a PayPal claim after this long. It should be otherwise I have to wait forever. toysonlinehk doesn't deserve this many positive feedbacks. I SWEAR TO GOD! More than 6 months is way over the limit.

Damn, it says within 45 days!! I have waited 180+ days!! I am probably screwed. But looks like I can still file a claim . Still figuring out how to do that

I knew it was BS long time ago. But he kept saying I won't lose money and that he's still working on it. But post office haven't returned. Back when it was still within 45 days, I thought he would send the games soon, so I chose to wait. And now this is the result. I really regret buying from him.

I learned a very valuable lesson from this transaction. Never wait over 30 days for any transaction. If I buy something next time from Ebay, I make sure I haven't waited over 30 days for it before I take action and open a dispute. Actually, I opened a dispute on Ebay, but that was useless. I should have opened the dispute on Paypal. Right now, I don't know if games will ever come to me. This really, really bites.
