The only ones I can think of are Pac-Mania (unlicensed) and Monster Party.

I don't think that counts, seeing as it was never actually released. Also, I just remembered that the Taito version of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade only got released in the US.

Power Blade 2
Actually, that did get released in Japan as Captain Saver if I remember correctly. The original Power Blade never got released there though.

Freedom Force is another game. It's a lightgun game by Sunsoft that supports 2 player. Even has a kinda snazzy opening cutscene as far as NES goes :P

I could be wrong, but weren't the Flintstones and Jetsons games US exclusives? Also, I forget if this was mentioned already but Noah's Ark is another one.

No, both of those were released in Japan.

As far as Noah's Ark via Konami, is that a protoype or UK/EU only?  Because it wasn't sold officially in the US as far as I can tell.

[edit] NVM, I see it was for PAL regions.  Definitely not US.  And it doesn't appear to be developed in Japan, even though published by Konami.

[edit2] Noah's Ark developer = "Source Research & Development".  Definitely not developed in Japan.

added

Sky Shark
Flintstones : Surprise at Dinosaur Peak (2nd game in the series, the first Flintstones was released for FC)

to my list above.
