I wonder about this article

As the article itself says, the original adapter is like this
DC9V 400mA
Then the article goes on saying "The key is the amp rating. Your amp rating has to be at least 850mA." and "The original FDS adapter is DC 10V".

I don't understand??

Yeah, I don't understand either

The adapter is definitely 400mA, so I'm assuming it should be 400mA throughout the article.  If some of the more technical-minded people can confirm this I'll update the article.
