That is a pretty nice looking pirate. I'd play through the game myself just to hear that awesome ending music. Is it stolen from another game?

It originally came from Colorful Dragon (title screen) by the same composer. But it was improved a lot for SMW.

When the SMW NES is so popular, why nobody cared to make a repro of it? CaH4e3 did a dump in 2005 http://cah4e3.shedevr.org.ru/dumping_2005.php and Nestopia says "maper 90" on this thing. I believe there are people that can crack this game to work on some more common mapper, after that a repro will be really easy to do...
