Still waiting for those Sonic pics, Yosh. :P

Finally got myself a real AV Famicom, none of that modded stuff. On the way...

Sorry!
I'll be taking that pics soon!
There are other surprises too!  ;D

Real AV Famicom? Be prepared to never more look at your
RF Famicom the same way...
Now Playing: Dragon Ball Fusions, Yggdra Union

Yeah, more like 36$ :D But the thing is that it has some sun discolouring, but I don't care though because I have another famicom that is non working but looks perfect, so I'm just going to switch the top parts and it's going to be perfect!  ;) Or maybe I will just leave it intact like it is. :)

Nice man! For some reason really rare stuff always seems to pop up in Australia. The owner of the Nintendo AVS system (the prototype on display at Nintendo World NYC) is from Austrailia, and the only other "slugger mate" toy I've ever seen was in Australia.

Really? I didn't know the AVS was found in Austrialia. It's weird that some of the stuff that you least expect to find in Australia can be found in Austrialia ;D By the way I was at New York 2 weeks ago and I got to go at Nintendo World to see the Nintendo AVS for real! It's huge and looks like a Commodore 64. I got pics if your interseted. :)

Everytime I visit I take pics so I got plenty hahaha! As far as I know there were 3 NES AVS prototypes made. One was destroyed, ones in Japan, and one is owned by the dude in AUS on loan to Nintendo World. Last time I was there I asked a dude that worked there if it in fact was working in 1985 at CES and he said it was, he didn't now what software it was running however.

When I saw it I thought it wasn't a working model, since the RF input was just a round piece of metal with no hole in it. By the way look at this auction;

It's just too tempting for that price, but I'm just going to stay with my square buttoned famicom for now! :D

hold out for a cleaner one, that one doesn't really look in too good of shape. They're ALL OVER Yahoo Japan if you buy over there though.

I never bought on Yahoo Japan...is it safe? And how do you search for Famicom games? :)

vealchop

you kind of need to work through a contact, PM me and I can hook you up with one. Be prepared to pay a slight buyers fee for each item, and shipping both within japan, and to wherever you are. But the items you find on there you won't find anywhere else, so if you got the loot it's pretty worth it. Just don't let it get out of hand, I had to take a 6 month break from buying, thats how good the stuff on there is!

You say you can find things on there that you can't find anywhere else on the net, so I was wondering, could you please give me a link to Famicom things on yahoo japan? Just to see :P

There's some really neat stuff on there! But I'm honestly not really ready to buy anything from there. It looks complicated since it's all in chinese, and I need to try and save more money for more important stuff than games. :)
