The Melody of Oblivion: worth watching?

So I'm about to finish watching FLCL for the third time, and I wanted to watch some other stuff by the writer of the series, Yōji Enokido.  While looking at his wikipedia page, I was intrigued by premise for the movie The Melody of Oblivion.  Has anyone seen this, and what are your thoughts?  Is there another movie that Yōji Enokido wrote that is time well spent?
