How does an RF signal compare to a composite signal?

Well, I wanted an AV Famicom before because of the higher quality composite video, but then I came across the Sharp Famicom Titler, which has an S-Video connection.  Normally, I only go for the best quality, but since I know I couldn't afford a Sharp Famicom Titler anyway, I may as well just go for the regular old Famicom and get the better looking design if the picture quality is not too much worse than an AV Famicom.  So, maybe someone can provide some screenshots or describe from personal experience the difference?

RF is the worst signal you can get, composite is much better.  If you can't get an AV famicom, you can easily mod a regular famicom for A/V output.

eh, its worse than composite but composite sucks ass too. component on the other hand...

Yea but there's no way to get component out of a Famicom, so why bother mentioning it?
