Everytime I think I've seen every variation of a famicom someone on here posts something about a kind I've never heard of.

From what I understand there is:

* The original
* The AV famicom
* Sharp Twin
* Sharp Twin Turbo
* Sharp TV famicom
* Hong Kong Famicom
* Sharp Titler

Is there anymore I'm missing?

Well you can split "the original" to:
Original with square buttons
Original with round buttons
(and these came in revisions too: HVC-CPU-01 to 08, HVC-CPU-GPM-02 (01 is still unconfirmed), and the GPM was also revised multiple times, I have seen 02C, 02E, 02F)

oh and there's the Famicom box too... http://famicomworld.com/system/other/famicombox/

Oh and Sharp Twin famicom has 4 (AFAIK) models:  AN-500R, AN-500B, AN-505-BK, AN-505-RD

There are also variations of the Sharp Twins, plus you should include FamicomBox and FamicomStation I think.

I'd also mention the TEA4TWO famicom complete tune.

There's also the Charumera Famicom and different revisions of the regular roundbutton FC (with and without FF-logo).

Charumera famicom is at best a regular fami with a sticker on, at worst a regular fami in a charumera bag/case though.  Not saying not to include it, just to call that out.

This is the TEA4TWO famicom, you can either send in your fami or buy one from them, afterwhich they 'tune' it with a bunch of upgrades.

Here's what you get:

There's also the Project X Famicom  - which like the Charumera Famicom is just a re-stickered famicom.
Project X made the famous game 'Mr Splash! which is the last ever (commercially) distributed famicom game.

Neither of these famicoms are officially endorsed or licensed I should note.

I would definitely not include inofficial Famicoms or else this list will be endless and one may as well just include clone systems. The Charumera Famicom was a legit variation that was sold back in the days - maybe the sticker was the only thing that set it apart (and the shipping box), but isn't a cosmetic extra the only thing that sets most limited editions/variations apart from the standard console?

Sure, just include the officials, but I thought the Charumera was a prize?  FamicomBox and FamicomStation were sold officially, but maybe not available to the general public.  The Sharp C1 TV Famicom was available to the public in at least two colours though.  I don't know a whole lot about it.
