"Aerial wiring" usually refers to TV antennas, so I would surmise it has something to do with the RF circuit. I didn't see specifically what you were referring to, though.

There is no RF circuit on the AV Famicom.

Negative of the capacitor goes to the board and positive to the famicom pin connector.
