What is that controller to?

It's the Power Joy controller. It connects into the handle of the Power Joy for Player 2, I guess. I've never tried mine.

At a Salvation Army (i was hoping to find a prototype) but I got ExciteBike 64 for $1.08. It has marker and a Blockbuster Rental sticker on it unfortunately.
