Today I finally got a Wii.
And I only paid 8000 Yen for it. 

The story behind is that I helped my wife's uncle to buy a notebook PC. He used my points card at the electronics store and this brought me 7000 points, worth 7000 Yen. After that he said that the computer I searched for him was 10000 Yen cheaper than the budgeted for. So he gave me the 10000 Yen as a "thank you". While we were at it I bought the last Wii in stock (for the time) with only 8000 Yen of my own money. They even threw in a decent D-terminal cable for free and 500 points on my points card. 
Oh happy day.

I'm sure you have those in the US. You buy something in a store, show your points card and you get usually 1% of the price in points. Later you can use the points to buy goods.

Great stuff. Unfortunately Wii Sports isn't bundled in Japan, so I'll have to find me a copy. I quite like that game.

I have one of those UltraRacer controllers too.
Once, me and a couple of friends played Smash Bros. with it, a bass fishing controller, and a racing wheel.

Isn't the point of that show to bust myths?  If anything, they'd go to Jedi and 133MHz's houses, record them for 2 seconds, and end the show
