Freddy vs Jason (2 Disc) $4 Game Swap
Miley Cyrus Can't be Tamed $7 Rasputin Music

those two don't go together to one person... :D

MS-DOS4

Went to the pawn shop and picked up some Atari 2600 for $0.99 each.

-Video Pinball
-Yars' Revenge
-Pac Man (It's suppose to be a really shitty version of the game, but this is my first time playing and I really really like it.)
-Phoenix
-Haunted House

also pre-ordered the 3DS. Could be good.

Awesome!  Nothing better than retro games for 99cents a pop!

NintendoKing

Haunted House is a classic, I dont particularly like Atari 2600 but I admit a few games were pretty fun.

MS-DOS4

Yeah, I don't particularly care for the system ether. I just collect it.. to collect!  :gamer:

Mariomania, do you work a shop or do Kenny Rogers and the Olsen Twins really hold a place in your heart?  :blinky:

My last few finds (open in new tab for larger image):

Don't focus that much on Super Famicom, unless there are deals to be had, or awesome games to raise the quality of my collection [Super Metroid, Animal Forest]

Until recently, I thought those two oldman games were either Mahjong or something not particularly fun.. so when I learned otherwise I had to rush out and nab'em. I should had known there was fun in there, look at his grin  ;D

Didn't look before leaping into Garfield.. That's a horrid game, right there, and it wasn't really a bargain either.

what are the two family computer items are they just boxed famicoms?
FUCK YEAH SEAKING!

son_ov_hades

I just ordered a SNES PowerPak on a whim.

MS-DOS4

Good choice. I'm still battling whether I want a SNES powerpak or NES. The snes one has way too many incompatibilities, but the NES doesn't have as many fun titles (in my opinion). Probably will opt for the NES as I enjoy listening to chiptune.

I have a decent sized NES collection so the NES PowerPak doesn't do much for me. On the other hand I only have like 4 SNES games so I figured this was cheaper than buying a bunch of carts haha.

Those are Famicom Joysticks.  The game it shows in the console is Xevious, but I'm hoping you can use them to play any game.

manuel

Because my local Yamada Denki didn't have Little Big Planet 2, I just ordered the American Collector's Edition.  ;D

Enjoy your Gonzo Costume, Sir.

senseiman

Good hauls there, Tappybot.  Don't be too hard on Garfield, it is insanely frustrating, but the Famicom just wouldn't be truly retro-80s without Garfield.
