My friend Joey has relatives in Italy, and his cousin gave him an Italian (PAL) GBA Pokemon LeafGreen (or Emerald. Idk) cartridge. He has a shiny Butterfree in the game, I think. I always wanted to trade with him, breed Pokemon, and get more shiny Pokemon through the Metsuda (I think.) Method. I have an American (English (NTSC-U)) FireRed cartridge for my GBA.

Very nice game. I don't have any gba pokemon games right now.

I just bought pokemon green, gold, and silver bootlegs. I have no idea what they look like or even what language they're in.  the price was right though. I will post pictures of the gems once I get them.

Russam5354

Can you post screenshots? I MIGHT be able to identify the language.

I said I don't know what they look like and I don't have them yet. How am I supposed to take pictures lol? They will either be chinese, japanese, or english. What would be awesome is if they were unofficially translated in to english. One can only hope.

L___E___T

Please just post the pictures!  :cherry:

Sounds like they would be simplified Chinese, eager to see once they arrive though.

I want to translate the Chinese NES/FC 'Pocket Monsters Gold' unofficial port/hack to English. I don't know if it's been done yet, though. I'll dig around for more info.

I tried my hand a translating pokemon blue in to english when I was about 13 or 14. I got as far as hacking in the english alphabet and changing the title screen in to english (custom pokemon logo.) I then realized that translating isnt as easy as just typing in words. Everything is hex which at the time I had no understanding of.  I still dont really, but there you go.

I wouldn't try and hack anything without a somewhat usable tool that acts as a bridge between me and the code.

I've hacked palettes in Street Fighter 2 before using hex and it takes a long time, not for the time-short among us.

I am pretty sure that I used a tool called GBTile or something to that effect for all the graphic editing.

MaxXimus where do you find Pokemon diamond GBC?been looking for it for years.
I am a big Nintendo fan! especially GameBoy, N64, SFC, GC. And of course Mario games
I collect SFC/N64 mainly. Some rare famicom stuff too. Also miscellaneous video game stuff.

MaxXimus

The top 3 are what I bought. I didn't really care too much about the others.

Also

They randomly pop up on ebay. I got that one from the seller Ming Wang on aliexpress. They sent it to me by accident instead of another game. They claim they don't even sell it so I don't know.  Lol...

if you talk to them and they end up confirming that they sell it, as we as some other stuff like jade and gogogo, then let me know because I would like to get a complete set of gbc pokemon bootlegs.

nurd

i've never seen gogogo on a cart yet, i'd love to though :v

MaxXimus

I know it's on cart and being produced as of the last few years. I saw a review on the gb boy where someone got a gogogo cartridge with it.

i'd love to find something like this *o*
