if they were to place a Belmont in a Smash Bros. game (if there will be another installment at all), I'm guessing it would be Richter. still, either would make an excellent character.

The only way Megaman or any other Capcom character would ever appear in a Smash Bros. game is if Capcom, not HAL, were to develop it. Capcom doesn't outsource its characters. The only game I can think of that wasn't made by Capcom was SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos, but even then it was 50/50.
oh, and Dracula indeed would be cooler.
I just hope they don't place Simon from that Nintendo Cartoon Captain N was it? oh man that was just ugh!
Dracula... every character he bites transforms into a vampire-version. Then you have Vampire Mario, Vampire Kirby... ;D

ESRB ratings don't work on logic unfortunately. They're supposed to, but they've become like the council planning depts. here in the UK, they'll find things to be unhappy about and if you dispute it at all they make a real big deal about it, like that "respect mah authoritaaah!!" thing Cartman said in South Park, so lame.

Simon Belmont is the hero from Casltevania...he's charged with the task of storming Dracula's castle and killing the vampire himself.
