Games that piss you off

What's a game that pisses you off? Me it's Magical Kingdom on NES...it's just so freaking hard and almost unbeatable! And its supposed to be a kid's game! A real piece of crap, surprisingly made by Capcom.

It's almost always gonna be the games you can't beat. Or maybe just one that's fucking stupid in concept and design. But for me, it's Snake Rattle N Roll, because the final boss, the foot, is unbeatable. At least for me. I can never lick the thing enough to make it explode. It reminds me of those damn Tootsie Pop commercials -- how many licks does it take to get to the center...?

That Disney game was actually rather easy; it's just in your mind. But the ending sure does suck.

As for Snake Rattle 'N Roll, it's not the amount of licks... it's the speed of the lick[/wiseman]  I love how you can't cheat with the Turbo, either.  Man, those guys at Rare were so great! Take that, cheaters!

As for me... Back To The Future - I mean, come on!  You get to the last part of the game & only get one try?! I was fed up with it & used the ol' pause trick.

Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde sure pissed me off , but I managed that without cheating.

Mario Is Missing pissed me off, but only because it was too easy.

Then there's the god forsaken SMB2J. Yet, I trudged endlessly through that hellhole [wow, Firefox has 'hellhole' as a word! ]. Yes, without a save feature.

I don't know if Battletoads pissed anyone off, but it had me coming back, & then I conquered yet another Rare nightmare.

Speaking of Nightmare, Nightmare On Elm Street! Furg! Still beat it.  That makes 3, Rare!

But WWF Wrestlemania had me burning up! But no one's a match for Randy Savage!

One game I could never beat without cheating was Slalom. Those retarded skiers!

Isn't it funny how most of these are Rare Ltd. games?

I think there's a fine line between difficult games that you really appreciate, and games that really piss you off.  I love Rolling Thunder, but I can never manage to beat it.  It always ends up pissing me off, but I always come back to it.

Also, there's Little Nemo.  That freaking train stage.  AARgh!

Yeah wierd there all Rare, but as for Back to the Future, I had lots of trouble just getting past the first level! Those damn hula hoop girls...thinking there so hot swinging around in the road while you race the race of your life to the damn school!

Chances are if you see LJN, Rare, or Acclaim on the label... it's going to piss you off.

Wow I almost forgot about Acclaim.  Though I thought Rambo was OK.  Othello you can't really screw up.  The Simpsons games were especially disappointing, even for a young Simpsons fan like myself at the time.  Man those games STUNK.

This was more true on the SNES, but anything by THQ as well.  They always got all the cool licenses and then wrote shit games. I'm mad just thinking about all the money I wasted renting those things

Road Fighter.
I'm especially pissed off by that one, because my sister bought it instead of another game I would have liked. 
And the controls are bad.
Track design is bad. Music is bad. Enemies are annoying...

Apart from that first person shooters (I know that's not a game but a whole genre) piss me off. I just don't like them. It's not that I haven't tried to like those. I can't seem to get into this sort of games. And it's the numer one reason why I still don't consider to get a new console except the Wii. PS3 and 360 have lots and lots of shooters and not so many games I like.

NES games that piss me off:

Bubble Bobble - Level 57. Need I saw more?

Castlevania - Damn those birds that swoop when your on stairs!

Jaws - why dont the spears do anthing against Jaws?! and why is it Jaws' power?  Shouldn't it be Jaws's power?

Mike Tyson's Punch Out - Bald Bull. I hate that son of a bitch. I've only ever beat him a few times. Even Super Macho Man is easier! Tyson's just rediculously hard and stands out as a game that I never have beat and probably never will.

To The Earth - the most frustrating light gun game EVER

SNES:

Super Ghosts n' Ghuels: I like not being able to control where I'm jumping! Yippie!

Sega Genesis:

Kid Kamilion - I don't think this game can be beaten. Even if someone was somehow able to get to the end, the game would pull a SMB2j and warp you back to the start of the game to make you repeat it. I have nothing but anger for this endless game.

Gamecube:

F-Zero GX - this game is so awesome, but the story mode is apparently desgined for gods. The few few aren't all too hard,but the difficulty grows exponetially. I'll never be able to get back challange of the bloody chain. Bloody Hell is more like it.

Wii:

Trauma Centre Second Opinion - Savato missions on hard. 25% vitals at most? yay.

DS:

Metroid Prime Hunters - No matter how much I try to get used to the controls, I just can't. Nothing feels right.

Yeah, its retarded how you have to get the spear just right; but it seems like Jaws has to be facing sideways instead of straight out in front for it to work.

As for Jaws', the s is omitted, but still sounds like Jaws's.  Then again, some people like to write the way they talk: convenience's/convenience'

Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! is great because of the skill - but Bald Bull?  If anyone, I think Don Flamenco is the one to piss everyone off; he's annoying & takes too long to beat because he doesn't fight back sometimes.  He just stands there & blocks.

Either Jaws' or Jaws's is correct, both are accepted forms of a possessive.  That whole game sucks, it's an LJN game after all.

Bald Bull?  He's easy, you wait for him to do his charge, hit him and he's down.  Tyson is easy to TKO after some practice, you just need to learn how to dodge his attacks.
