How long do you sleep?

Just got curious about you guys, how long do you use to sleep each day? I don't know how much people NEED to sleep, but to me, it's 6 hours a day maximum, on weekends it's some 8 to 9 hours.

Typically,
If I have work or class the next day: 5 or 6 hours
If I don't have work or class the next day: 8 to 10 hours

Ever since midterms, I got on this weird thing where I go two or three days without sleep, and then sleep for about 10 or so hours.  On the weekends if I sleep, it's usually from around 6AM Sunday morning to 3 or 4PM.

Who needs sleep?

Usually about 7-8 hours.

Around 7 on weeknights.  Will sleep more on weekends if I have nowhere to be.

I suffer from terrible sleep disorders. Havnt slept yet, time to go run heavy duty machinery.

I usually go to bed at about 1AM, fall asleep at about 2AM and then wake up about 10AM.

I usually get around 6-7 hours during the week and around 8 on the weekends, sometimes more if I don't have anywhere to go. It seems to work out okay, but more sleep would be nice.

Varies completely. I only work 3-4 days a week usually( ) so most of the time I sleep 9 or 10 hours. When I was in college my average was 4 hours a night haha.

If I just sleep just a few hours in the night, I often go to bed when I get home and sleep a couple of hours.

I have a toddler, 2 batshit insane cats and a snoring husband! Sleep is not something i get a lot of i get 2-4 hour blocks in here and there
