I don't think I've seen one of these before - what is it?  An unlicensed game?  I thought Kemco were licensed?

Only picture 2 showed up for me - I didnt recognise any of the parts other than the cart. 
Never heard of Deja Vu, is it a good game then or just rare?

It's a point and click adventure, decent enough game on NES, not exactly rare but sort of novel I guess on Famicom for its oversized box.
