Hi no Tori Famicom Cart. Value?

when going through one of my boxes of famicom games i came across a title i was unfamiliar with. the game is called hi no tori. its a konami RC817 cart. front label looks great but unfortunately the back label is torn(as you can see in the picture)  anyways, just wondering if someone can give me an accurate appraisal on this game in it's current condition
