So as of late I've started  organizing my old carts using the the Universal Media Cases, but I never liked how Famicom games fit its just too much case for little carts. So I decided to import some of the European DS cases like the I saw that some did on the Cover project.  The cases are 0.73" instead of the 0.633" width as the NTSC DS releases. It was like $20 for 20 cases from the UK on evil bay they were used for display purposes but all in all condition is good. The main thing that bothers me is the case bulges its only slightly but does. I tried to rectify this with different cuts but it didn't help much and did more damage to the case. There are no issues with it closing as long as you remove most of where the DS  cart snaps in and a couple other small spots. All in all  I'm happy with my purchase. removing the plastic internals is a real pain using an hobby knife works but can cause the case to crack with the slightest of pressure. Unfortunately my rotatory tool is on its last leg as that would be an ideal for this project.

So if anyone else plans to do this or already has I can throw some of my Re-sized art scans their way and vise versa.  Another good thing about these cases is you don't have to blow the art up so big as you do when using universal media cases.
