Does the continue code work? I've tried pressing B 33 times and 55 times, nothing works.

I've tried it before and it definitely works. You have to press B 33 times, but I think you have to wait until the animation stops.

How exactly is it supposed to work? Should I press it quick, slow, super quick, start after START shows up, later, earlier, just press start after pressing B 33 times or hold something first, or what?

I think you have to wait for "World" to appear in the title.

Kind of...  I change from 3 to 9 lives, then press exit, get returned to the title screen, press start, then still begin the game with 3 lives! Should I hold a button while pressing start or something else?

If I remember correctly, it changes the number of continues you have.

I've tried holding A, B, A & B, and select while pressing start, but it still only gives me 3 lives. Why??

Never mind... I've figured it out now. Adding to the Rest means more continues, not more lives. Which rest mean within the game! continues dont have numbers after them so I figured they were infinite. So I can have 9 continues but only 3 lives per level. This game is going to be HARD to get through.

Funny, I find that most games that have limited continues don't bother telling you how many you have left.

What are you talking about? It clearly says CONTINUE!



Honestly, this game is not that hard (until you reach stage 4 & have to jump pits with flying enemies that screw you over) You're only other option is game genie. And the inaccessible stage select feature is also in this game.
