Well, I just bought a boxed copy for 3500 yen. No manual, and untested. I don't expect it not to work, but I'll know when it comes. 3500 isn't a huge gamble.

Price check on a cart-only Mega Man X2 for SNES? I want to sell my copy and I can't tell if eBay sellers are overpricing it or not.
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

You get more accurate results when you check out the completed listings. You can always put it for a high price with a best offer option.

Gun-Nac is undoubtedly being driven up by the high price of the US version. Scaryice's Famicom Price Guide put the 2012 price average for it at $21 shipped, down from $27 shipped in 2011. A quick eBay completed listings search expanded to worldwide shows that auctions are starting to end around $40 shipped in recent weeks. I guess that's still about half as much as the US version, but still... At least it's a really solid game.

Thanks, I was wondering why I lost an auction recently at close to 40 bucks, I was quite surprised.
That's a really good answer and I really appreciate you taking the time to respond, thank you.

Gun-Nac flew under the radar for a really long time here. I'm glad I snapped one up while it was still a secret; I got an NES copy for $15 in trade credit with a fellow collector about two years ago. (And that was fair market value at the time.) It's one of the biggest price jumps among the NES games that have skyrocketed in the last two years. Unfortunately for you, NES collectors have figured out the FC version is a cheap shortcut to a copy of this awesome game. Really, it is probably the best overhead shooter that got released in the US by far. (And it will still stack up competitively against the FC exclusives like Recca and Crisis Force.) It's that good.

Yeah I have played it on Everdrive, it's great - definitely up there with the best, though I think I prefer Crisis Force overall.

Can anyone tell me the typical price in Japan for these FDS games, all complete with plastic box, instructions, and case;

Zelda 1
Zelda 2
Metroid
Dracula 2
Doki Doki Panic
Mario Bros 2

Thank you!!
