I just beat The Jetsons. A fun, but difficult, game. I'm glad I picked on it for the NA challenge.

How does that change the difficulty?  Less health?  More enemy damage?

You die in one hit, no way to replenish energy. And when you look at the overall design/enemy placement of Choujin Sentai Jetman, it was clearly a game intended to have one-hit kills, the other game modes are simply there for practice.

Good job. That game sounds like one brutal son of a bitch. No surprise, as Taito's Flintstones series is also pretty difficult... besides perhaps Surprise at Dinosaur Peak. I played through a few games last night:

Daiku No Gen-San (Famicom, both loops cleared)
Castle of Illusion (Mega Drive)
Magical Taruruuto Kun (Mega Drive)
Yu Yu Hakusho 2 (Super Famicom, cleared tournament mode as Kuwabara)
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (3DO, cleared as E. Honda)
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

I just dusted off Bonk's Adventure for the first time. Not bad to score two first-time completions in one day, although Bonk is much easier than the Jetsons.

I'm surprised nightstar doesn't have the Jetsons. It's a solid, challenging platformer. It seems like everything he'd want.

Protoman

Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D
Legend of Zelda A Link Between Worlds

Both great games, not much to say really.

I just beat Rolling Thunder (NES) for the first time. Damn, is it hard!

Because it takes some time till I'll get my Famicom ( :'( ) I played on my Vita today.
The Vita-owners will know the "game": Welcome Park

It's more like a tutorial than an actual game but it is fun to play. I got 100% of the trophies now, the hardest part was the Slide Puzzle,
may sound easy but I litereally suck at these kind of puzzles  :-[

Power Blade 2 (NES)

Another first-time conquest for the NA challenge. Now, if I can beat Bubble Bobble Part 2, I'll have defeated all of the late-release Taito games.

Oh, someone played through it already?  Nice!  I beat the first run but didn't have time to beat the second.

WWF WrestleMania Challenge

I saw it still needed to be beaten for the NA NES Challenge, and I used to beat this game down as a kid, so I borrowed a buddy's copy and ended this one pretty quickly. I only needed to win the World Title to call the game beaten, but I went ahead and won the Tag-Team title too. (That's techincally a 2 players vs. the computer mode, but with only one guy in the ring at a time it wasn't hard for me to switch controllers when I had to make a tag.)

WWF Steel Cage Challenge (NES)... another stinker I took down for the NA challenge.

Hulkamania ran wild in the WWF one more time, and after beating Jake "the Snake" Roberts in a Steel Cage final, the Hulkster posed for his fans long into the night with the WWF title back around his waist.

Well, I've beaten Dragon Warrior II. I think I must've done too much level grinding, because I just stomped through Hargon's castle in about an hour.

'Super Mario 3D World' for Wii U. Not to 100% completion, because to fully complete the game, you need to beat EVERY level in the game at least FIVE times, once with each character. Every level × 4 (I beat every level once with Luigi, but not with the other four characters)  = ¡No me gusta!

I mainly collect Gamecube (GCN) items. I collect other items too, but I'm focusing on my GCN collection currently.
