LOL no his name is Viga HAHAHAHAHA and the ending doesn't make much sense!! I beat it with ryu and the ending says he has law suits and he doesn't have anything of value except his clothes and some other funny stuff omg I was cracking up through the ending......LMAO!

Cool. I hadn't seen an ending like that...you should post a screenshot if you beat it again. The ending to the ones I have just say "Congratulation".

Wait, what? Is this really Street Fighter 3?  I was thinking of the Street/Super Fighter III game with the screen endings; they have no text.

Are you talking about the one with Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, & Zangief?  The endings to those had butchered English & kept using the word "wrestler" in place of fighter.  It also, surprisingly, had an ending credits... which contained an equally surprising cast of English-sounding names.
