WTB: Wanpaku Graffiti (Found)

Im new here and have just started getting into import classic gaming.  I am looking for a copy of Wanpaku Graffiti.  Anyone have a bare cart to sell for a reasonable price?

Yeah so I have found     There are a couple of copies on ebay but they are with box, manual, etc and are both over $50 after shipping.  I got an offer from someone on another group (before I was told about FW) and he wants $31 shipped for a bare cart which still seems a little expensive to me unless I am mistaken.  Im not really sure what price range I should be looking at here.  From what I read from searcing here...lower than that but I realize its not a $5 game either.

Don't pay $31 shipped. If you're both in the US, that seller can ship the game for about a $1.00, which means he's charging about $15 too much. I got my cart-only for $10, iirc.
