my Famicom copy of Sky Kid is weird

I was digging through my Famicom collection recently and stumbled upon my copy of Sky Kid.

When I initially purchased this cartridge at a local game store I didn't question it all too much, but now it's pretty clear this is a bootleg copy.

I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with this particular cartridge as the only info I have is the top label and and a street address on the back label directing me to a street in Taiwan.


Does anyone have any idea as to what the story behind this cartridge is and who possibly made it?
