I've made one label before, it was complete shit, but it kinda fit. The resolution I used was 504x288, but you can play around with it .

Here's the cart in question.

I'd take it a few notches down on the resolution's hight and be sure to take your time to round your corners. I had forgotten to when I made this label so it doesn't look good. Also, make sure not to let the glue stick out like on mine.

Excuse me for being Captain Obvious, but the labels for Famicom games, especially pirate games, are different sizes, so you'd have to measure the label area on the cart & customize the size of your template to fit.

Also what do I use to make the label like what paper

Self-adhesive glossy photo paper works well.

Yes. I just measured one of my famicarts, and the label is JUST under four inches.

If it's a pirate, try this:

If it's official, you gotta take a small screw driver and put some strong pressure on the plastic inside the two holes on top of the cart, then put pressure on the back plate of the cart then pry it open one side at a time... It's hard to explain. Just try it for yourself, and if you end up breaking it you can just hotglue it back together.

You'll have to burn your own EPROMS, then solder them to a blank board. It's straightforward, but I don't think anybody here does them because of lack of equipment.
