FIFA or PES?

I'd go for FIFA and I've been playing PES for a long time now.

FIFA has what PES doesn't.

- Official teams
- Official players

And FIFA 10 it's better than ever.

I expect that Konami won't neither give the gamer all official teams and players but keep how it is now, which sucks.

Btw, it's editable but it's not the gamer's job to do this crap, it's Konami's duty.

Konami can't do anything, because they don't have a license and they probably won't get one, either, because that's the biggest selling point of the FIFA series...

Is it an exclusive license to the official team names like EA has for NFL/NHL/MLB in the US?  That is such BS.  Rather than making their games better to compete with the competition, they just throw money at the problem to cripple any competitors.

OK so who cares about official teams? PES has way better gameplay period, in fact they kicked EA's FiFAs ass year after year until EA started copying PES gameplay and then it got good. What a joke EA you have to learn a lot from Konami. I am PES all the way!

It is important to play with official team/players playing with unofficial sucks it's just not the same feeling you'd had from an official game.

Konami has always failed to license teams and players, seems like they don't give 2 shits about what gamers want and just milk the game even more.

I'm forced to play with other teams on PES if I want because, the ones I really want don't exist in PES or just are using another name.

The only people that don't care about teams are like, casual, which just play football for playing and not seeing the true emotion that comes out from it. I myself adore football and playing like that 'not official' sucks.

FIFA is a good game.

You just don't get it how important it is to play with official teams/players.

I actually don't mind that policy.  The game-makers don't get any money from used game sales.  All they're doing is securing a piece of Gamestop's used-game pie.
