favorite nintedo franchise?

I'd have to say the Mario franchise.  I think my favorite one is either Super Mario World 2, Super Mario RPG, or Super Mario 64.

So a franchise is only a set of games made directly by Nintendo, not made for a console but actually made by the company whom designed the system.

my personal favorites are the legend of zelda and pokemon (as my user name may hint), but i love pre-gamecube mario, and freakin' kirby is the shit!
