Coolest way to die

 Ok, I know this might sound a bit... out there, but just think about it... Aside from the sadness of our earthly lives coming to an end, there really would be some cool ways to die.

The idea came to me from a random thought I had recently... I was (apparently) an astronaut who had some how lost his ship and was just slowly floating away from the earth, knowing that I would innevitably die soon due to my predicament... I just stared back at the earth, thinking "Wow... all of our personal problems, all of our politics, all of our achievements, our failures our cities, our technology, our exploration, our religion, our wars, our peace, our growth... our entire history as a race, and I'm staring out at the whole thing... A tiny blue spec in a vast ocean of emptiness scattered with trillions of other tiny specs... " I think that was actually inspired by a quote from somewhere, but I can't quite think of where it's from. Well, anyways, that's the coolest way I could imagine dying, very peaceful and very revealing.

What do you think?

btw, I'm not suicidal... I could see where one might think that after reading that, lol. It was just a random thought though, I don't always think about dying like that.

Lol. Hell no. I've got a loooooooooong list of things to accomplish before I die. Plus I have a great life as is. No reason to be suicidal. Love life.

That would be cool if you slowly drifted from life to death, but would really happen is you'd run out of oxygen, and suffocate, and at last check that wouldn't be so nice. I think I'd like to die in some painless fashion, whether it be in my sleep, failing off a skyscraper or lethal injection ( I Hope not )

I enjoy life, and my spotty religious views make me really not want to think about death, none of us really know what if anything is next. I was raised catholic and I want to believe, but there's this little voice saying none of it's true, and in recent years its gotten louder, eh maybe its just a teen thing.

Injection is a no go for me. Im deathly afraid of needles, and the sight of blood. I dont think there would ever be a pleasant way to go. If you knew when, youd be worrying about it until it happened. Dont think there is a "cool" way to die. Bleck. I hate thinking about it.

A "cool" way of dying is, being killed in your own dream, like in South Park Insheeption (Inception's parody).

That wouldn't the the body, just inside mentally.
