FW needs some hight quality pictures of modded Famicom boards for an upcoming article(s).  We're looking for the three round-button models:

HVC-CPU-06
HVC-CPU-07
HVC-CPU-GPM-02

You can see some lo-res images of the chip-side of the boards in this article:
http://famicomworld.com/workshop/tech/square-button-famicom/

What we're looking for specifically are the pin-sides of the boards that are already AV modded.  Please include the main board as well as the RF board in the pictures.  The solder points should be clearly visible (this includes having the RF metal boxes removed where applicable).

High quality shots of un-modded boards and/or chip sides of boards are also appreciated, but are a lower priority.

We appreciate the help!  Thanks!  ;D

Thanks for the link, but those aren't really what we're looking for.  We want to see the whole board.  We also plan on using the photos for our site, which means yanking them off of some Japanese hobby site isn't an option.

Thanks for that.  That's the kind of quality photos we're looking for.

I've made some pictures of my modded famicom board HVC-CPU-GPM-02:
HI-RES - these will be uploaded for 1 month on  my site so please download them as soon as possible.

Tutorial and other info here (uploaded indefinatelly):

I have made more hi-res photos of another purchased Famicom - the HVC CPU 07, feel free to download:
http://jpx72.detailne.sk/collection_files/consoles_files/con_gallery_famicom2.htm

But by the way, I've taken down the modded pictures of HVC CPU GMP 02
http://jpx72.detailne.sk/collection_files/consoles_files/con_gallery_famicom1.htm
because I think it's best to make the mod outside of the famicom and a picture with just 4 wires connected to the PCB isn't what you're looking for. I am not going to drill holes to the casing or solder the extra components directly to the board.

UglyJoe

Excellent, thanks.  I saved off the shots of the first board a while ago, so don't worry about it.

Hiya! Total Noob here!

Recently acquired a HK famicom. Pretty sure its official (Non pirate) and really want to AV MOD (bear with me I am on topic lol). I cant find any info on my board set up ANYWHERE (searched this place ten fold and seemed like the place to ask). It has 3 wires going from the RF board to M board (yellow, orange and red) ending on the at three points labelled D, E and F both sides? So...I wondered if you guys fancied including it in your tutorial and helping me out at the same time!? Board Model = HVC-CPU-NPC-18-01 I can send pics but dont have my cam atm.

PS am I right in thinking this model has AV built in but no socket?

PM sent on the HK FC.

@ Joe: Do you still need any photos? I can send you a set of photos with the solder points, using all revisions of the FC board, and multiple locations (user selectable) as examples if you want. I need to take them anyway to include with a manual.

UglyJoe

We're still looking for pics of the HVC-CPU-06 board.  Really, though, pics of any and all models would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Xious

OK. I have the Rev-06 and Rev-04 boards to photograph. You didn't mention the latter, but perhaps you missed my photos of it some weeks back. Feel free to add the to the site if you want.... As I mentioned, they're free to use on any information page, as is the photo set of the FDS Rev-p03 power board.

I also have a variety of the VCCi Famicoms (the GPM version) and I have one rev of the HK version.

I'll put something together for you as soon as I'm able.   :diskkun:

Thanks for the effort, but please do read the thread before posting.  Jpx72, the author of that page, has already posted a link to that a few posts upward.

Hi I got a new acquisition, HVC-CPU-03 - should I make some photos or do you already have those?
