It's the Japanese release that never...got released. Unlike the NA version, this has a bunch of actual parodies of real famous movie monsters. Presumably, it never saw a release because of copyright concerns, despite the magazine coverage.

@joestar3  If i read header correct, it is MMC1 based, 128k/128k, no WRAM.
