Right off the bat, yes, I'm aware of the channel differences from Japan to USA.

I have four American CRT TVs, three of which do just fine displaying my Famicom's RF signal on channel 95. But today, after getting a nice new 32" Panasonic TV, nothing seems to want to work.

You can see vague outlines of the graphics on 95/96, and when you change the channel to 95, the Famicom signal (game screen) will show up in perfect, full clarity for a split second, and then immediately disappear back into the fuzzy noise.

Any ideas? I can attach a video if that would help explain what's going on.

use shielded coaxial cable and search only analog channels in "cable TV" mode

Is this RF or AV? In case of RF, I might find a different RF switch. But also like above, only search analog channels. Like in the case of my Famicom, all it needed was simple, a new power supply, also try testing with multiple carts.
