if they were to place a Belmont in a Smash Bros. game (if there will be another installment at all), I'm guessing it would be Richter. still, either would make an excellent character.

Something tells me they're not a friendly company...but I do think Megaman would be cool in a SB game (which they will make another one)

The only way Megaman or any other Capcom character would ever appear in a Smash Bros. game is if Capcom, not HAL, were to develop it. Capcom doesn't outsource its characters. The only game I can think of that wasn't made by Capcom was SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos, but even then it was 50/50.

oh, and Dracula indeed would be cooler.
