You can get a NES Recca cart for $27.50, but if your are really wanting a Famicom cart version then 35$ probably isnt bad.

that and repros use eproms and degrade over time. whereas pirate carts don't (as far as i know).

Maybe it's not overseas, it's possible it will ship over land via the Panama canal  .
