I'll say the wii at this point, because it's so flexible.  But discounting emulation I'd say the original gameboy. LSDJ half makes that an easy decision on it's own.

$&%# I have to pick ONE?
I am sure I do not need to point out to you guys how HARD that call can be.
It's a serious toss up between about 5 or so systems for me.

I'll pick the PS2 since at this point the console has a huge library of games and you can find them at your local Gamestop for real cheap. You can also find them on ebay of course but Gamestop seems to have good deals and cheaper prices than ebay for some games.

I might seem weird for this but I really liked the Sega Saturn. The Panzer Dragoon games were my favorites.  8)

The Saturn is awesome... Mine broke. D:

I may get a Saturn.  Which games should I play, which ones should I avoid, and which ones should I destroy?

PLAY:
Jikkyo Oshaberi Parodius
MSX Antiques Collection
Battle Garegga
DonPachi
Puzzle Bobble 3
Salamander Gold Pack
Virtual On: Cyber Troopers
Panzer Dragoon

That's all I've played...

And those games were released in America, right?

Rogles

Uh... No. But they can be played on an NTSC-U Saturn with an ST-Key or I think an action replay.

Blue Protoman

Would either of those involve opening up my future Saturn?  If I open up anything besides a battery cover, it will probably break.

Rogles

No, they go in the RAM cartridge slot.

Blue Protoman

Are they easy to use, and will they harm a Saturn?

Hey will a memory card help me play import saturn games? Just wondering because my friend said there was a way.

The Action Replay and ST-key are just cartridges. They don't do anything negative.

NiGHTS and Saturn Bomberman are also great Saturn games. If you are into RPGs check out the ones Working Designs translated and released in the US.
