Tokyo Game Show

Yeeeeaaaah! Its in Japan, Nintendo's motherland. So maybe they announce new titles. What do you want to see on the show?

Too early for me to really think of anything i'd like to see. Plus with Microsoft stealing E3 this year and Nintendo at least making up for the shit that happened last year, who knows. Maybe more Super Mario Galaxy 2 game play, possibly more info on the new Metroid game.

I also can't see what was so great about Microsoft this year.

All 3 companies showed good stuff and had better showings than last year.

Actually, I think Microsoft did not improve compared to last year. Sure they showed more games, but they showed a lot of shooters in a row which made it boring for me. That and project natal made the skateboard controller look like a waste of money, demonstrating that they did not think the idea through properly if they already going to make something you could "skateboard."

I do look forward to TGS, but isn't it in October?

Yeah, Playstation and Xbox have way to much shooters, much are good, but... some variety please. Im so happy I dont have a Xbox 360 or Ps3:P

I played once on the ps3, and I didnt like the controls:S

You don't have to buy and play all the shooters, you know.

If you just pick the games you like, you're good.

I agree with manuel. That's why I mainly buy Nintendo now along with the occasional 2600 products. They have the most variety and show their variety. Sure it may take time for new games that we may be waiting for to come out (like a wii zelda or wii starfox title) but those games can be time consuming to make. The longer it takes, the better I think.

new zelda is to be announced next year, but I'd love to see it at TGS.  There's concept art so the project has at least kicked off but who knows how far along it is. 

I though Nintendo's keynote was a little under par, Sony's much so and Microsoft's a little over.

I only say that because 360 fans got everything they could wish for, Nintendo fans not quite
