Huh... I thought zelda was only released on disk...

You'll have a nice time here japanfreak :P  Nintendo released it for a short time on cart towards the end of the Famicom's lifespan for people who missed out or didn't want to buy a FDS.

It's not rare rare. I got mine for 8 dollars a couple of years ago. It's a great pick up nonetheless.
